How do I get started?

Sign up on the homepage. Your school admin creates the workspace, sets languages and content guidelines, and invites teachers by email. Most schools are live within a week. A teacher can try EdSmartly free for 15 days on their own account, with no credit card. A school starts with a one-term pilot or a licence.

Which curricula does EdSmartly support?

EdSmartly works with the national curricula of Qatar, the UAE and Saudi Arabia, and with British, American (Common Core), IB and Indian (CBSE) curricula. It already holds the official objectives of the Common Core, England's national curriculum and CBSE; for any other curriculum, send your scheme of work to support@edsmartly.com and we load it.

Is my school's data private?

Yes. EdSmartly deliberately holds no student rosters. Where a student's work does reach it — a report comment, a practice dialogue, a Live Check — it carries a first name at most, and assessment marks are kept by seat number, never by name. Live Check first names are erased 30 days after the check closes. Before any request leaves EdSmartly, a student’s name is replaced with a neutral placeholder, and so are first names found in Live Check and Student Practice answers. Email addresses, phone numbers written with a country code, and Emirates IDs are removed. Names are put back only in the draft you see; the AI provider never receives them. How does the AI stay curriculum-aligned?

Every generation cites the specific curriculum objective it covers. Unlike generic chatbots that produce loosely related content, EdSmartly maps each lesson, assessment and Socratic question to your framework's objectives — which your school can verify in the governance dashboard.

What if the AI makes a mistake?

Every artefact is a first draft that must be reviewed by a qualified teacher before reaching a student. EdSmartly is a copilot, not a replacement for professional judgment. Read about our four core AI principles that govern every generation.

Do you support special educational needs?

Yes. EdSmartly includes SEN accommodation profiles for barrier types including dyslexia, ADHD, autism spectrum, and language delay. Read more on our SEN page.

Can parents see what the AI produces?
