Charged by Axiom Intelligence Partners LLC and not sure what for? That is the company behind EdSmartly. It also operatesSocraticFlow, a separate set of decision-analysis tools, and both bill through the same payment provider — so a receipt may carry the company name rather than the product name. If your charge relates to SocraticFlow, write toinfo@socraticflow.com. For anything about EdSmartly, we can help here.

Frequently asked questions

How do I get started?

Sign up on the homepage. Your school admin creates the workspace, sets languages and content guidelines, and invites teachers by email. Most schools are live within a week. There is a 15-day free trial with no credit card required.

Which curricula does EdSmartly support?

EdSmartly is aligned to the national curricula of Qatar, the UAE and Saudi Arabia, plus British (Cambridge/Edexcel), American (Common Core), IB (PYP/MYP/DP) and Indian (CBSE) frameworks. If your school uses a custom curriculum, we can load it — contact us.

Is my school's data private?

Yes. EdSmartly deliberately holds no student rosters. Schoolwork and pupil data are never used to train AI models. Read our full privacy policy and AI principles.

How does the AI stay curriculum-aligned?

Every generation cites the specific curriculum objective it covers. Unlike generic chatbots that produce loosely related content, EdSmartly maps each lesson, assessment and Socratic question to your framework's objectives — which your school can verify in the governance dashboard.

What if the AI makes a mistake?

Every artefact is a first draft that must be reviewed by a qualified teacher before reaching a student. EdSmartly is a copilot, not a replacement for professional judgment. Read about our four core AI principles that govern every generation.

Do you support special educational needs?

Yes. EdSmartly includes SEN accommodation profiles for barrier types including dyslexia, ADHD, autism spectrum, and language delay. Read more on our SEN page.

Can parents see what the AI produces?

EdSmartly is a teacher-facing tool. Parents do not log in directly, but your school's governance dashboard and term evidence reports are designed to be shared with parents and inspectors. Read about accessibility and our commitment to transparency.
