Your term report comments, in English and Arabic, from your own notes

For teachers and tutors writing reports this term.

You know each student. What takes the evening is turning that into thirty careful paragraphs, often in two languages. Type a few notes about a student, and EdSmartly drafts the comment for you to check and change. It writes in English, in Arabic, or in both side by side.

How it works

  1. Write your notes. The student's first name and what you have seen this term: strengths, effort, what to work on next. Short notes are enough.
  2. Choose how it should read. Supportive for parents, formal for school records, or constructive for the student. Add the attainment level (below, meeting or exceeding expectations), whether it covers one unit or the whole term, and a grade or mark if you want it included exactly as you wrote it.
  3. Check it and make it yours. Every draft is marked "not yet reviewed" until you approve it. Edit anything, then copy it into your school's report system.

Your students' names stay with you

Before your notes are sent to the AI, the student's name is replaced with a placeholder, and email addresses and phone numbers are removed. The name is put back only in the draft you see. Report comments are written only by Anthropic or OpenAI models, and nothing you type is used to train AI models.

What it costs

The Personal plan is $7 a month and includes 200 generations a month. One report comment is one generation, whether you ask for English, Arabic or both, so 200 is enough for about six classes of thirty. There is no daily limit on a personal account, so you can write a whole class in one sitting. Start with the 15-day free trial; you only pay if you decide to keep it.

Your school can also license EdSmartly for every teacher. See pricing.
