What the pilot includes
- Up to 20 teachers and staff, for one term of up to 16 weeks.
- Every tool and every governance control, with the Small licence's allowance of 2,000 generations a month. Nothing is held back.
- We set up your school's workspace and curriculum before you start.
- A 30-minute kick-off call, and one check-in at mid-term.
- An evidence report at the end: who used EdSmartly, how often, what they made and how much they approved. It reports counts, never the content of a teacher's drafts.
What it costs
$490 for the whole pilot, invoiced to the school. If you sign a licence within 30 days of the pilot ending, the full $490 comes off your first year. The pilot does not renew, and nothing is charged afterwards unless you sign. Licence prices are on the pricing page.
Your school's data
The pilot runs under our Terms and privacy notice, as a free trial does. Your teachers' work stays in your school's workspace. Student names are replaced with placeholders before any request reaches an AI provider, and nothing your teachers type is used to train AI models. When the pilot ends, you can export your content for 30 days.
