What the group gets
- The Network console. Adoption, activity, allowance used and teacher feedback for every campus on one screen, sortable and exportable. You can set up a campus, appoint its administrator and set its allowance.
- Oversight without surveillance. The group sees totals for each campus. It never sees a campus's settings, its library or any teacher's own history. The database enforces this, not a setting.
- An audit trail of every group action: appointing an administrator, changing an allowance, setting up a campus.
- One data agreement, signed once by the group for every campus it operates.
- One invoice a year for every campus and the group fee.
- A review call each term with the founder, using your campuses' own numbers.
- At every campus, everything in the School Annual licence: every tool, every governance control, curriculum onboarding and the term evidence report.
What it costs
Each campus is licensed at its own School Annual band, and the group pays one group fee of $1,900 a year, however many campuses it has.

For example, a group with two Medium and two Small campuses pays $15,600 for the four licences and $1,900 for the group: $17,500 a year. As a founding group it pays $7,800 for the licences in year one, plus the $1,900 group fee: $9,700.
Founding groups. Each campus gets the founding-school terms: half the standard rate in year one, then the standard rate locked for two renewals, in exchange for structured feedback and a reference case. The group fee is charged in full, because it pays for the work of running one agreement across several campuses.

Your campuses' data
The group signs one data agreement for the campuses it operates. Each campus's data stays in its own workspace, in the European Union (Frankfurt). Student names are replaced with placeholders before any request reaches an AI provider, and nothing your teachers type is used to train AI models.
